Save this text file "1-4a_rename.reg" onto your hard disk. Modify it and double click it.

Now you have 1-4a Rename in the context menu whenever you right click a folder.

Next versions I will make something easier.

There is another way to make it:
You have a folder on your harddisk named "SendTo". Drag and drop rename.exe to it while holding ctrl-shift. "rename.lnk" is created in this folder now.

Now whenever you click on a folder you can choose "Send to > Rename".
